Registration is limited to 35
participants. To have the best chance to get into the course you
wish to attend, the registration form should be mailed for our receipt
by about 15 days prior to that course date. Payment should
accompany the returned registration form. Corporate payment may
require several days to process, so you may wish to reserve a space for
the course before payment can be made by telephoning us at (405) 366-7677.
Acknowledgement of
registration will be by mail. Information regarding accommodations and transportation will be sent to
you as soon as you register or reserve a space. Your reservation
is not confirmed until payment is received.
Fee includes course materials, laboratory
participation (Norman only), and three lunches. Personal or
company checks, for Norman course only, should be
denominated in U.S. dollars and made payable to:

REFUND POLICY
Payment must accompany
registration. Cancellation prior to 3 weeks before the course
refunds total fee. Cancellation between 3 weeks and 5 days before
start of course refunds 90%. No refund will be made if
cancellation is received less than 5 calendar days before start of the course. Payment
for cancellation within 5 days of course may be applied toward any later offering of the course.
Registrant may send a substitute attendee in his or her place at any
time.
